The Indiana Statistical Consulting Center (ISCC) was founded in 2006 to serve the growing analytical needs of the IU research community. Since then, our scope and demand have grown exponentially. ISCC has expanded from a single staff member to a robust team of senior consultants and associates, supporting nearly 400 unique clients every year. This growth is tied directly to the success of our collaborators and the quality of our students.
Originally an arm of the Department of Statistics, ISCC is now a core facility within IU Research, a move that reflects our commitment to providing university-wide support. To further the university's research mission, ISCC works in close partnership with other campus initiatives, including the Research, Education, and Data Services (REDS) program , contributing its deep expertise in applied statistics. Today, under the leadership of Director Hannah Bolte, the center continues to uphold its mission of statistical excellence and collaborative research.
