Pei-Ying is a doctoral fellow of IDEASc Fellowship Program with cross-disciplinary training in the humanities and social sciences. She is receiving a Ph.D. in Information Science with a minor in Sociology from IU Bloomington, and also holds an M.S. in Applied Statistics from IU Bloomington. She earned an M.A. in History from National Tsing Hua University and B.A.s in Foreign Languages and Literatures and Sociology from National Taiwan University. Pei-Ying is adept with bibliometric and survey data.
